21 weeks

i feel like just yesterday i was writing about hitting 20 weeks and now 21 weeks is here. felt like i was getting a cold the other day 😦 woke up with a sore throat and that tired feeling, but that could be pregnancy related or lack of good rest related. i invested in some OJ with lots of pulp and let me tell you i had so much of it last night i felt like i was going to pop. i hope that’s not what going into labor feels like. i reviewed my weekly pics and it seems like my 20 week and 21 week pics are very different so baby b is growing quicklyyy. also pap smear results came back normal, success 🙂

sooo according to my app.. i should be feeling her martial arts sessions {that’s old news right now} and her eyebrows and eyelids are now present. and because we are having a girl her little lady parts are beginning to form (i guess more fully?)

How Far Along? 21 weeks

how big is baby: approx 3/4 of a lb and 10.5 in long [as long as a carrot]

Symptoms: heartburn, headaches, backaches, fatigue

Total Weight Gain/Loss:

maternity clothes? yes bought my first pair of maternity jeans and pants the other day from old navy

Sleep: with having trouble breathing because im sniffly and her movements and not being able to get comfy very easily, sleep has become a tricky thing. sometimes im beyond tired and fall asleep right away but i find that i wake up before my alarm most mornings which throws off my sleep schedule cause i try to fall back and compensate for the time lost. i wish i could take more naps too but oh well lots of things to do.

stretch marks? im still keeping certain areas pretty hydrated.

Food Cravings: chocolate peanut butter banana milkshake, fried rice.

Best Moment This Week:

Movement: yes.

Labor Signs: no

Gender: its a girl

Belly Button In Or Out? in

What I Miss: being able to take medication when im sick,

What I Am Looking Forward To: next doctors appt

Milestones: not that I can think of

    Sorry you are not getting a good nights sleep. Try having some
    Linden Leaf tea or Camomile tea It could help.
    Love the hair-do. Makes you look so mature.

    Try having a nice warm cup of tea before bedtime and see if that helps. For your cold just drink to stay hydrated again tea 😀a little Vicks helps also. You look great 😍love u
