Whoa, I was sooo unmotivated to go to the gym today. I’m not sure if it was all the sun we got this weekend, my body telling me to go back on vacation, or my body adjusting to my standing desk at work but i was tiiiiiyeeeeerd.
After work, I layed in bed for a full 15 minutes contemplating the benefits of not going to the gym; time for meal prep, opportunity to take a quick nap, a chance to do some laundry… But I pushed thru and got a leg day workout in, one I’m super proud of actually. (see my time on the stair master)
I know it seems like I’ve only did legs lately (last 3 workouts) but i try to do legs at least 2x a week and last week i only had a chance for 2 workouts. Now its a new week, so legs again.
Warm up: walking lunges 60 lb
Squats. 50 lbs. 15 reps
RDLs. 50 lbs. 12 reps
Front loaded squats. 50 lbs.12 reps
1 legged deadlift. 10 lb plates. 10 each
Goodmornings. 50 lbs. 15 reps
Sumo squats. 20 lb kettlebell. 15 reps
