Leg Day

Did this on Saturday and didn’t get to do my upper body in Sunday. It happens.

Warm up: Treadmill 5 mins
Walking lunges 60 lbs

Squats 60 lb 12 reps

Read Lunges on bosu. 10 lb plates. 10 each leg
Deadlifts. 50 lb. 12 reps

Side twist w/10 lb plate. 30

Donkey kicks. 15 each leg

Plate overhead. 25 lbs. 10 squats

Goodmorning. 50 lbs. 12 reps

Leg lifts. 10 each leg
Alternating sumo squat.30 lb bar. 10 each side

Stair master: 35 minutes
